SAPULPA , Okla. - Sapulpa Community Theatre presents "The Cemetery Club". There is much Jewish humor here about the widows Doris, Ida and Lucille, whose husbands died one after another in just a few years. The main characters are Ida, Lucille and Doris, Jewish widows who meet for tea before their cemetery visits. Ida is sweet-tempered and ready to move on. Lucille is feisty and just wants to have fun, while Doris is close-minded, especially when Sam, an also-widowed butcher, enters the picture and begins to romance Ida. It's a story about their love and friendship and how they endure conflict and loss through time. Life may change, but love will always remain.
